Love Poem: Amber Stallion

Amber Stallion

Arise from your redundant slumber, my sweet.
It is time to meet the sun.
Open up your eyes to greet the stallion, darling.
It is longing for your soul.
Outstretch you arms and legs to take in the sin, lover.
It is hungry for forbidden fruit.
Admire the 7-mile journey into constant madness.
It is a wonderful imaginary nightmare.
Do not be afraid honey, for death is inevitable.
The only freedom in life.
Let its rays beam down upon you as if to say "welcome."
Come on and take a chance.
The anger that once consumed you soon becomes serenity.
Not much longer now.
As eyes turn blood-red and your brain compresses into stone.
Spiritual paranoia sets in.
Omit all clothing and dance naked in the pouring acid rain.
The arms burn for joy.
Lay down as the chill of freedom sweeps over your exposed thigh.
Close your eyes one last time.
Girl, I'm so excited to show you the mystery of the stallion.
Ancient secrets finally revealed.
I ask of you, take me and my love away, forever.
Leave this rock to return no more.
