Alternative Love
There is a love I wish to mention,
A love I ought to bring to your attention.
This love comes at a price and is like no other,
Unlike the unconditional love from a mother.
If you don’t know it, it looks the same,
When caught, you are only to blame.
It destroys families and ruins life,
It causes a man to leave his wife.
Some of you know what I’m talking about,
It makes you lie and fills you with doubt.
It blinds you to what you should see,
Puts you in a place where you shouldn’t be.
