Love Poem: Alone

Alone

From the Malibu Hills
I watch the blue boats sail to the high sea
The early rain’s drops have furnished miraculously the green
Ground below. I think about the morning after
Where a past love was next to me.
Do I cry? Do I remember this? Yes! There is no rule for it; I am alone
In this life and in this view what should I expect?
While the boats, fill with laughers and joys,
Splashing with blue water, are all what I vision to see?
No! I just need her here, and there,
And beyond the unseen bush to make love to her
Again and again.
