All Is Alright

When hope hides its face In the shadows, the shades Of worry and fear, painful Dread and despair… Listen to the whisper Of His voice, His stillness! When joy is far away Beneath the darkness, the gloom Coloring lives in hues of gray Dimming the soft, gold sun With a dull, grim sadness A silent melancholy Remember He is close by Always aware, always prepared To fill your heart with light Release your soul from the night When love seems to leave you cold And nothing on earth is worthwhile Faith and peace leave only this grief That silences gentle prayers And awakens troubles with stress That reminds you of your fear The storms that fall like a tear Lasting through feelings that burn Moments of hope through your spirit Inklings of a love that is worthy When you need Him, my friend All you need to do is bend your knee And turn your longings and pleas Toward the Savior, who brings love So beautiful and wise, it restores The hope of a small child and leaves The heart with a love beyond bright A love that shimmers with delight A love that is brighter and more alive Than even the best memory can ignite Love like this comes alive on the sight Of the One who gave us a new life He is the King of Kings, the Way The Truth and the Life… He is WHY I listen to the whisper of His light As He flows His love through my life With Him, all is alright!
