Agape Love
Your love is beyond words, beyond compare,
Whispering peace into my anguished heart,
An answer to unspoken broken prayers,
An inspiration to look up and be lost
In Your sacrificial giving that completes my living;
How Divine are Your passionate blessings upon me!
I find healing when I am with You,
Your grace and mercy give me faith and hope
To trudge on with courage and confidence;
Nothing's lost yet, for You're always there with me,
Reflecting the extent of Your bountiful care;
Our relationship is beyond human understanding,
Lord, You are my everything!
You know me from inside out,
You are the inner core of my being,
My Rock and Shield, my Refuge and Strength,
The Light that brightens my soul,
The Reason for my smile
In spite of whatever happens around;
I have found joy in You,
Life beyond death, trust beyond this world,
And so I feel enlightened, enraptured,
Captured by Your Son on the cross ~
I have found my immortal home.
