Love Poem: A True Friend

A True Friend

A true friend is the anchor of love;
She never sleeps, surveys the earth
For a gem for friend, she can wage war
With God to give this eternity a name,
A birth of free air, a gospel aflame;
A postscript I scribble down, a quote
My friend is the best ,we're afloat
In the deep sea,waiting for a boat.

Do you happen to know the time?
She answers in her internal rhyme,
It's time for me, it's time for you,
It's time for both pal, a time for dew.
