A Million Reasons

A million tides, a million skies, a million eyes and it's yours that I see.

I remember the pure joy I felt when you said you'd be with me
We began a journey together longer than the horizon, higher than the sky.
I fell into the blue of beauty in your eyes, I fell for miles, as your eyes are so deeper than any sea.

We fought and cried for the chance to be together, for the chance to live free.
Free to live together, side by side for the years of our eternity
You're still here by side, this creates a honour of pride because I know that you believe in me.

Love may have been blind when it put you with me?
Did Cupids arrow curve in time to align you with me?
But love now has smiling eyes when it sees that you and me are now 'we'

No one on earth loves you like I do and I know that no one loves me like you love me.
This magical union of two lost souls, two black sheep, two outcasts who did find in each other a home, a place found to keep.

There maybe a million stars in the sky, a million lights in the night

There maybe a million ways love can take flight

For me there is a million reasons why
I will love you all of my life.
