A Love That Can Wait

Dreams of driving in the fast lane hair in the wind, best girl at my side a couple of kids rumbling in the back seat to the promised land we happily ride. Lately my praises of you don't seem to matter things once perfect now just don't seem right all the little things I do go unnoticed you even forgot to kiss me goodnight If you don't say anything how do I know if something's wrong we're heading the wrong way on a one way street been too many nights since I felt us make love words can't convey how much I care, my sweet I will be your rainbow when your storm has passed a comforting wind waiting at your ocean's shore I'll be your moon glow and your shining light I'll be here for you when you open that door No need for you to utter a single word For even in silence, your love can be heard
