Love Poem: A Great Turnaround

A Great Turnaround

The face of grace looked upon the world.
twas not perfect till he made a replica of his being.
and called him man.
came then an offender who caused his creation to sin.
His deceit and true intent unbeknown to the woman.

A heart Laden with sorrow, that great being.
Contemplated vengeance.
Then came the one from the beginning who was one with him in accordance.
"send me!" said he I will go.
to thee shall I return thy beloved, remember thy mercy and
to me thy power bestow.

Accursed and lowly came he a baby.
His father a carpenter bethroded to the blessed virgin
called Mary.
Unto us a child is born, the prince of peace, messiah and anchor.
Prophesied erstwhile as wonderful, counselor, saviour.
Yet never was he haughty.
humbly born in a manger,he will conquer the adversary.

Hallelujah! The angels sing, a great turn around for mankind.
let every knee bow and constricted chains unbind.
Hosanna! for the saviour is born.
Be ye of good cheers and to his feet the tribute of praise
adorn.
He is Immanuel,Jesus Christ the king above all kings
Who unto us,grace and evalasting life brings.
