A Fulfillment of Hope
Everyday appears to be a new challenge,
But each and every moment appears to be brighter,
Because of you being in my life,
I have some meaning that I didn't think existed,
For I have had my share of disappointments along the way,
And many heartbreaks that's flown away like kites.
I never thought I would find this happiness,
Because of life's tough roads and tributes,
However, I never gave up on life or love,
For I knew it really did exist in this world,
And I knew with being patient it would come,
Into my life and be as beautiful as a dove.
You have the beauty within as well as out,
And you have touched me in many different ways,
You have done this without saying a word,
Without touching me in any form,
You have done this by being yourself,
And I hope you don't disappoint me and,
Fly away like a bird.
Hold on to you hopes and dreams,
And so will I hold on to my dreams and you,
For we can work together and make them reality,
Because I hope we will have a long time together,
But only you have a determination to make it so,
So you don't drive us both out of morality.
