A Crash Course In Roses

THE CARE OF A ROSE
(A Crash Course)

Lesson One
(Undone)

Today we begin
Not a sin
Not to know
Roses grow
(Who will sow?)
*
A knot
A vine
A pass
In time
(Who will go?)

It starts with a clip
A nip in the bud
Careless or
Cautious
In the make
For a tug

On a heart
On a tell
For a cupid
(Oh well)

The rose has a mention
A moment in time
For a sorry
(A say)
In a reason
(Not rhyme)

In a lesson
A level
Of a sweet
For a now
In an always
An after
For a day dear
With how
(Who will know?)

~

It blossoms
In basking
In a touch
By a sun
Met with
A maybe
For a moment
In mean much
And done

*

It’s easy
The clear just
A day with
A dawn
For a next
With a now
In the know
For a gone
(Who will sow?)

~

It’s never
And nearer
With a make
On a string
Like a heart of
A hero with
A ribbon to bring

~

In a take
On a stance
The lesson
(A glance)
Like leaving
It brings back
A costly of
A due
Like a mist
In the morning
To bring back
A few

°

So Listen
The wonder is
A view for
A straight

The answers
(Past questions)
For the thorn
Of no fate

The whether
The tether
The fit for
The clue
At bring back
A blossom
For a dear
(As in new)

The orders
The border
The bring back
So clear
The roses
The reasons
The care for
A near

~

At meaning
At margins
For a see with
A sow
(Who will know?)

The fragrance
The day spent
And gone
LESSON TWO
(For a few)

The lessons
Like leaving
Past the last
Of a reason
No rhythm
Or rhyme
(Alas)

~

The sorrows
The silly
The heart with
A flame
The sowing
The knowing
By remember
(A name)
The always
The ally
The sprout
Or a spur
The nearer
The clearer
For a rose next
To her
