I Reminisce, I Miss

I reminisce, I miss, 
   my darling, your kiss, 
      your loving embrace,
         your gentle touching trace.

I reminisce, I miss 
   my darling, your breath, 
      against my longing neck, 
         gently nibbling my ear. 

I reminisce, I miss 
   the countless sweet nights 
      you kept me warm 
         woven around my soul. 

The spiritual journey
   that quenched our thirst 
      seasons of warmth and cold; 
         I reminisce, I miss.
