An Open Secret
Divine secrets we wish to share
But dear hearts, we must choose to pair
By feeling, instead of thinking
Making awareness, self-aware
From love estranged, our soul’s sinking
Head and heart require relinking
That presence may then stand erect
Flicker-free flame, never blinking
Enmeshed by desires, our life’s wrecked
Far cry from love and light perfect
Enabled, if we be but still
Conscience choosing pathways correct
Cravings of ego, make us ill
Let us surrender to Gods will
Hearts then suffused by boundless bliss
Nectar flows ~ we drink to our fill
