Time To Adjust
Man's imbued with a flair for fantasy
that is quenched by His imagination.
And intrigued by the flight of bumblebees,
curiosity offsets frustration.
His conscious mind extends itself beyond
concepts of morality and blind faith.
But should His morals suddenly abscond,
the human soul can morph into a wraith.
A white lie, half-truth and or omission,
is tolerated by a lonely heart.
For love's an emotional condition
that oft sends your pulse soaring off the chart.
Susceptible to anger and mistrust,
Man is mortal, lacking time to adjust.
