AND THEN IT HAPPENED finale
Fast forward to March 17th --- She emerged from the room dressed in a stunning emerald green outfit. In her hand she was holding a beautifully wrapped box. As she gracefully slithered toward me, I suddenly was shocked and surprised at the not so small group of people following in her wake. They too were wearing various styles of emerald green outfits and looking somewhat like the cat that swallowed the canary.
And then it happened . . . . They all began to sing --- Happy Birthday to you . . . .
Yes, I will celebrate my 75th birthday on St. Patrick's Day. What a sneaky way to solicit birthday wishes from all my friends at Soup. I love you all!!
