Love Poem: After the Fall

After the Fall

Why, you ask is the reason we’re all here;
Doomed never to be forgiven by them.
No, that is not the reason. It is not because of hate.
It is because of love. Because of love alone.
Did we not love them Three in the highest heaven?
Did I not conduct the greatest serenade,
And join in praise for our love of them Three.
Was it not I who loved the Father most,
And cherished His Ghost and adored the Son.
We were as the good water reflecting the Sun.
His beauty was in us all and in me most.
But He loved his last creation more than all.
These half angels half animals, these fools,
Were chosen to be his forgiven.
Damn all Earth. The Son to take on animal form,
And be pierced by these animals with hate.
Damn Heaven. How could we have loved such a fool?
See to it that these children join us here.
Never to see the face of their Father.
Praise and worship me now for I am your god.
Bask in these flames of my love, and love me.
A kingdom we shall build for a true king.
Darkness crown me your prince.
War we will wage on the light.
