Afraid To Fall In Love

AFRAID TO FALL IN LOVE

I’m such a mess…
so messed up inside...
I’m not confused about what I want most,
Just tired of finding it, then letting it go

If I was good….
at saying goodbye...
I wouldn’t be so afraid of love
I wouldn’t feel like giving up

Chorus
I’m so afraid to fall in love...
Maybe it’s the fear of falling...
Like when I’m falling in my dreams,
I wake, and nothings quite as it seems...
I’m so afraid to fall in love
(cause)
Love’s so full of danger....
So I’ll just sit here by myself...
Leave my heart lying on the shelf...
Oh…I’m afraid to fall in love
Oh…I’m so afraid of love

I remember when…
I was not afraid of falling...
I’d come running when I heard love’s voice
Whenever it came calling…
but,

Bridge
The reality is…that I feel emotions,
Like everyone else feels...
My greatest fear is, after finding love,
I’ll lose the only thing I know is real

Chorus
I’m so afraid to fall in love
Maybe it’s the fear of falling
Like when I’m falling in my dreams
I wake, and nothings quite as it seems
I’m so afraid to fall in love (cause)
Love’s so full of danger
So I’ll just sit here by myself
Leave my heart lying on the shelf
Oh…I’m afraid to fall in love
Oh…I’m so afraid of love

Repeat Chorus and fade
