Love Poem: A Moment

A Moment

As the Latin beats sweep over me,
I take you up into my arms,
The scent of coconut from your hair,
Your perfume drives me wild,
Your hair so black those curls so soft,
As we move it sways and then we lock eyes,
And subtly so subtly our movements made in perfect unison,
I feel the people staring yet the moment is our own,
as I dip you pressed so tightly,
Your bosom so inviting,
As you smile so delightfully,
You breath hot against my neck,
our chests now back together,
our hearts in rhythmic sync,
And now we walk and leave the dancefloor,
As the song has ended clean,
As we share a perfect moment,
And we go on about our night,
Now we interact with others,
Our private moment seemingly unknown,
But as we glance and pass each other,
Do they know anything about us,
And if they did would we really care?
