Lost in a world of affection
Can’t seem to see anything around me
Hurt inside because no one seems to care
When I fall to my knees I find out what I did
I ignored my friends….
I ignored my family……
Just because I wanted something even I knew wouldn’t last.
Am I that stupid?
To just leave the world behind,
To leave my good life behind.
Am I that retarded?
To make my life a living hell
I let the ones I love go….
I let the ones I trusted leave as I was dazed
In a world a fantasy that I regret
Tears down my face and then I figure that
It’s just a dream
I’ve been asleep
And as I wake
I knew that second…..
What it meant…..
