A Bind That Hold You

Each person of this world, is brought into this great light of life,

As we crawl, stumble, walk and run in our youth,
We play as their is no tomorrow,
Capturing our infinite joy to be in the camera's of our eyes.

This tale of great stories we tell to others, may only show a vintage movie in their eyes, but a mega flick in ours.

These epect feelings we love and know, never pass to be with the only one.
That journey we know,
Their was no strings, ropes, or chains that held us back at that time.

Those summers of being a kid, that good morning beam of light greeted us just right,
That curious mind we all had kept us exploring more,
Those butterflies we felt made us believe.
That youthful force could never be contained in this world of our great view of life.

Why is it when we grow much older, climbing up those steps can and will at times bring us down.
These great binds that pull us back also take a small part of excitement back.

Do we trade that youth and love of being for dicipline and money?
Or can we stay on track break those chains and feel what life was ment for us?

Certain views that we know can break our concious mind and make us forget,
Why have these rings of life that grow in us, make us regrect,

A bind that does bring us up in life, does it have to mean we have to forget our past and remove our joy?

Why not just break those restraints of growth and keep the youth but love the view.
